Welcome Home Properties is a locally owned and operated property management company serving Walla Walla and College Place, Washington. We’ve been here since 2011.
We manage residential rental homes for property owners who want their assets cared for properly, and we serve residents who want a well-maintained home and a responsive management team.
We currently manage over 470 homes across Walla Walla and College Place. Our team lives here, works here, and knows these neighborhoods. When you call, you reach someone who can actually help — not a call center or a voicemail tree.
We believe that good property management serves both sides of the lease. When residents are treated fairly and their homes are well-maintained, they stay longer and take better care of the property. That’s good for everyone.
Our team includes property managers, a maintenance coordinator, a skilled maintenance technician, leasing specialists, and an office administrator. Every person on our team is trained to handle their role with care and professionalism.
